Improve the support legs

I think this is a good frame, but the support legs under the bed are not sturdy enough. If bed is moved slightly it moves the legs under the bed and they brake off. Easy to set up.

The bed looks very nice, we received several compliments from relatives. The bed was relatively easy to build but time consuming. It took me about 4 hours to built including a few breaks. Without a drill it could take a very long time since there were many screws. Instructions were easy to follow but difficult to read since the print was very small. If you are not handy I recommend you get it professionally built. When I first received the bed the headboard was broken (due to delivery) but within 24 hrs customer service set me up to receive a new headboard. Make sure you take pictures of any damaged packaging and products to facilitate the process. Overall, I recommend this bed because its looks great, decently priced, sturdy and great customer service. Enjoyed it.

Love the color, sturdiness and ease of the assembly the extra storage drawers are a much loved bonus and add a great deal of character with the soft velvet blue color! I love this!

Best purchase ever made!!

I only added 1x 3 wood straps from Home Depot across the bed frame for extra support for the bed to rest on and wow the change is drastically aming. Love the bed frame. Good product!

Great bed

I love this bed! Its perfect for my daughter. The only complaint I have are the composite board drawers. I followed every step to put them together correctly and every drawer the screws either went through or the material fell apart. I instantly emailed the company and within an hour they had gotten back to me and are sending new drawers. This is probably the best customer service Ive ever received. If the service wasnt so good, I probably would have given 3 stars because when I buy a solid wood bed, I dont expect composite board drawers. I wish they were also solid wood. But overall, we love the look, we love the bed, and we love the excellent service we received! Absolutely perfect.

Instructions require a magnifying glass

Instructions are poor quality. I put the drawers together wrong 3 times. Thats more on me for not being able to make out the instructions with 20/10 vision. The numbers are very small. Outside of that, easy installation. You absolutely need a box spring. I got this with a Vibe gel memory foam mattress. the 3 support slats will not properly support a memory foam mattress. The only reasons this isnt 5 stars is due to the poor instructions. Absolutely what I needed.

perfect gift

Bought a bed from these guys about 2 months ago and its been great! Ive had no issues with it since. It was easy to assemble and was shipped very fast. It looks really great and our daughter loves it. Now, we surprised our five year old daughter with this bed frame and the look on her face was worth it all! We upgraded from her small toddler bed to this big girl bed and shes been loving it these past few days. Its been great to see how well shes doing with her drawers trying to be all neat haha. Theres so much space we really love it. shes got her little toy and book drawers now, its awesome! Our small family just purchased our first home a couple weeks ago so our beds are literally the only furniture with have. We are very happy on how well this bed made the room look, and overall happy with how well our daughter took to her new bed. The bed came out perfect and its a great design, quality and easy to assemble. The bed is delivered in three boxes and I also received an email with tracking for all boxes. Great communication. As advertised.
