The bed looks very nice, we received several compliments from relatives. The bed was relatively easy to build but time consuming. It took me about 4 hours to built including a few breaks. Without a drill it could take a very long time since there were many screws. Instructions were easy to follow but difficult to read since the print was very small. If you are not handy I recommend you get it professionally built.
When I first received the bed the headboard was broken (due to delivery) but within 24 hrs customer service set me up to receive a new headboard. Make sure you take pictures of any damaged packaging and products to facilitate the process. Overall, I recommend this bed because its looks great, decently priced, sturdy and great customer service. Enjoyed it.
