This bed is great for the price. It took my husband and his brother about 3/4 hours to assemble and the directions were clear. I deducted a star for sturdiness because it wobbles when my son climbs up on it but it is expected for the price. Overall, Im satisfied with the purchase. The grey color looks great. It gives us two spare beds for guests without ta up a lot of space which we appreciate because we recently had another child so guest bedroom was turned into a nursery. I would strongly encourage you to purchase a quality full size mattress for the bottom. I ordered the cheapest one I could find and one night on the wooden panels and basically foam pad murdered my back
This is a great product! Very sturdy, all the pre/drilled holes were right on, and the instructions were very clear. I have worked as a mechanic most of my life and it took me 6 hours to assemble.
This bunk bed is a beast! All true wood, easy directions with appropriately marked parts, and super sturdy. It took us two days to put together / day one we got both of the bunks stacked, and day two was the staircase with the drawers.
This bunk is incredibly heavy so I would recommend assembly in its final resting place. It was a bit hard to attach the staircase since it was up against the wall. I also recommend screwing in all the slats as per directions because they WILL move with the mattress.
It feels that the bunks have extra room from the standard mattresses. The bottom full mattress has extra room and the top twin looks like it could take the Twin LX mattress.
Our bunk came with a trundle but we did not put that together since we dont need it, so I cant speak to that portion of the bunk bed.
Overall, absolutely worth the money in terms of value. We will just have to wait and see if the staircase/drawers were really worth the extra hassle. Today our two toddlers store their treasure toys in the drawers and have no problem going up and down. Added bonus is that each step has an anti slip strip already attached.

100 Solid wood. Arrived double boxed with 0 damage. Instructions were easy to follow. Everything lined up and went together beautifully.
We looked for months before we decided on this bed. We were hesitant ordering it online with the concerns of it arriving damaged. We are so glad we made this decision and will tell everyone we know loo for a bunk bed what to buy, no questions asked!
I would buy these bunks again. The assembly instructions were easily understood, lots of diagrams to follow along. They ship in 4 separate boxes. All in all it took me about 5 hours to complete. I purchase the set with under bed drawers. There are times when its good to have a second pair of hands. The gray finish is nice and they are quite handsome. It was my intention to use the twin mattresses that I already had, but they are actually too deep for the top bunk. I will have to purchase a mattress which meets the safety recommendations of the manufacture for the top bunk. Im very pleased and they have my recommendation.
