Ordered 2 of these to use in front of fireplace. One broke after a couple of uses (literally, something went crack when my husband leaned back on it one day) but it was still within return period. I asked for a replacement, returned the broken one to a store and its replacement arrived the following day (thank you for prompt response!). No problems since then. Weve been using them for a couple of months now.
this is a pretty comfortable chair.
my only critique would be an extra click between the almost upright position and the leaned back position before it. the clicks are many with slight angle differences when it starts flat, but the click between the last lounge position and upright is a bit of a difference where an in/between angle would be nice
