    Quality of Engineering

The quality on this was amazing compared to every other piece of furniture I have ever ordered and assembled. I typically get about 5-6 extra of every screw and bracket (and you need them because they break and are garbage). This bed only included 1 extra of a few pieces and exactly what was needed for the rest but that was absolutely fine because the quality of the screws and bolts was very high compared to other prefab stuff I've put together for my wife and kids over the years. Needless to say manufactures a far superior product. Well Done! Oh and the pieces are labeled in order... who would have ever thought to do that!! I usually follow the manual and I'm looking for page G-N or part X-F or part M on step 2 and part A and B on step 5, that always seemed silly to me. With it was Step 1) parts 01, 02, 03, 04 Step 2) parts 05, 06, 07, 08 Step 3) parts 09 and 10 Step 4) parts 11 and 12 ... and so on. It actually made sense, and was extremely logical... who would have ever thought to do it that way! Haha just kidding but after all the chinese made junk over the years this was a pleasure to put together for my 3 and 6 year old. Well made , well done! My wife and I will be repeat customers.

    Bad quality

The quality is very bad, worse than ikea. Some pieces came already broken, the wood so cheap that when you trying to put screw in its just chip off . Im not thinking that price is responsible.

    Very Impressive Bunk Bed Fort!

This bunk bet fort is well worth the money and very sturdy. It took me about 4 hours to assemble by myself. Instructions were easy to follow. I have nothing negative to say about this product at all! My kid loves it. You will not be upset with this purchase. It came in very quickly (roughly 3 days)

Gorgeous bed, but with one issue. Still giving all 5

The bed is amazing. Its sturdy, easy to put together, heavy since it is solid wood, but, as other said its sticky! I had it airing out outside for two weeks. After all the wildfires in California with unhealthy air, I may have gotten a bit over the top, but additional chemicals in my kids room was not an option. I buried stinkiest parts in baking soda and wiped few times with vinegar as suggested online. It did the trick, worked for most of the parts. All was left just a wood smell. But had to reach out to the seller as two parts were not usable after all the treatments. My kid was begging me to keep the bed, so I was ready to cover exchange shipping costs. The seller was great! Exchanged with no extra charge, and in a matter of days so we could start putting it together. We have air quality monitors in every room, and they are not registering any VOCs. Plus, activated carbon air purifiers running all day due to wildfires. As I mentioned before, the bed is well made and worth every penny. The finish is very detailed and unique. I wish I had one when I was a kid!

    Great bed 10 months in!

We have had this bed for about 10 months now. It wasnt too bad to put together by myself. An electric drill is a big help. One thing to be aware of is to leave some room between the wall so you can get to some of the assembly areas before you tuck it all the way back in place. The directions were easy, and our son absolutely loves this bed. It is sturdy, and good quality from what we have tested so far. Customer service has been fantastic. We had one of the rungs on the ladder break after we adults had stepped on it a lot as we put our son to bed. They answered right away on phone and email, and had parts shipped out the next day to get us what we needed to fix it. Great bed all around!

    Wrong instructions

Its a cool bed but I definitely would have appreciated atleast getting the correct instructions. Would have been a lot easier than having to read them off of my phone

AWESOME bunk bed, takes effort to build

This thing is amazing. Our 2.5 year old calls it his treehouse bed, and the transition out of his crib was so easy since he looked forward to it so much. My husband put this together by himself and didn't complain about any difficulty. The mattresses will have to be slid in through the sides so make sure the room you're putting it in has the space to do so. If not, you'll have to pop them in before the roof is on. We replaced our carpet after building this and it was movable just by two men lifting it, mattresses and all. There is definitely a chemical smell, as does any furniture have after being coated with a finish coat, so we aired it out of the boxes on the porch for a couple days before bringing it inside. It helped immensely.
