Well designed; Well designed; I was however missing one screw and the threaded c clamp it screws into but I sot a 2 screw thru where the missing Screw should have been; no problem; Also one of the predrilled holes in one of rails was off and you could not insert the missing screw and the threaded C clamp in anyway.
I am still impressed with how it all went together simply; It took me by myself 6 hours to complete; I worked slowly on it. Also i used my own cordless drill for everything instead of the small tools they provided.
Good quality solid bunk bed, my kids love it. It was easy to put together, it took about 3 hour from start to end to assemble by myself. I purchased 10 memory mattresses at Costco and it fit perfectly.

It's sturdy and can hold quite a bit of weight on the top bunk. I've laid with my son and so has his dad... it held 240lbs no problem.
Unboxing and assembly took 3 hrs. However I used a cordless impact driver. The packaging as you can see was done perfectly. Its all incased in a styrofoam surround. I didnt add pictures of the finished product because others have done it enough. As for complaints about smell, it smells just like any new furniture. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They use the alphabet for the hardware and numbers for the wood pieces. If you find that difficult, I feel bad for you. I have nothing negative to say about this bed. This was a great purchase. It also made it to my door step in less then 3 days. Definitely recommend!

We loved it!! Sturdy and very nice! Is real pine wood so smells fantastic lol! Assemble is not that hard.
