    Nice Bed!

Very sturdy and elegant looking bed. Usually frames look ugly but because of its headrest design it looks beautiful. Takes some to assemble because of many pieces but easy to install., just follow the guide. My mattress fits well. Length and width are just as advertised. Fits good!!! in my small room.

    Sturdy, but narrower than standard

I got this bed to update my 9-year-olds room from a little boys room to the tween hes about to become. His specific request was that he wanted new furniture that would match the rest of the house, which we just finished remodeling in transitional style. From the listing photos, I thought this would let me blend a few new pieces with plain white furniture we already had to achieve the look he wanted. From a style perspective, this is right on. I also got a desk with similar finishes as this bed, and those two pieces work really well with his white dresser and bookshelf. My son likee that it looks super grown up. And the overall color palette will let us make decor updates as his tastes change without making any more big furniture purchases. The bed is very sturdy. For my sons weight, its comfortable. Although Im not sure how comfortable it would be, long-term, for a heavier adult. Overall quality is maybe 4-star, because the wood accent piece does look a little chintzy and will probably scratch pretty easily. My husband assembled this. Hes our resident expert in such things. There wasnt any excessive grumbling coming from his direction as he assembled this, so I take that to mean assembly is pretty straightforward. When I asked him about it, he just shrugged and said, It was fine. Super helpful, I know. As other reviewers have noted, this bed is slightly narrower than a standard-sized twin. We needed to order a new mattress to update our younger sons room from a toddler bed anyway, so we ordered a narrow mattress for this bed instead and will use the old one for the little guy. So the fact that this bed was slightly narrower than normal wasnt a huge, big deal for us. But it is definitely worth noting, especially if you are intending to buy this bed without specifically purchasing a narrower mattress to use with it. Our new mattress is on the way, and in the meantime, my son is using his old mattress with this new bed. Its fine, in that you cant really tell once the blankets are on the bed that the mattress is just slightly wider than the frame. And its not uncomfortable for him, but he only weighs 65ish pounds. As a permanent solution for a heavier human, it seems to me this might be uncomfortable, especially when getting into and out of the bed. I will update my review with photos of the standard twin and new, narrower mattress, when the new one arrives. I figure, its probably helpful to show the difference. In the meantime, just be advised that this frame is slightly narrower than a standard twin size.

Easy assembly, weird fit of mattress

Twin Bed Frame is a nice!!! design. It fits my toddlers small room well. I lovee the fact that no box spring is needed. The assembly took my husband and I 15 minutes, which was another plus, it may take one person a little longer. There is room for storage under the bed as its raised. Our mattress seemed to fit fine, hangs off a little but once the comforter is on it takes care of that issue. If the mattress fit better it would be more impressive, the price point isnt that high, its a basic bed, I likee the rustic look, it matches my daughters room, not much to complain about here!

There are a lot of room underneath for storage.

Perfect for my requirements. Quite durable, relatively simple to assemble, nice!!! back support, lovee the headboard height, and my mattress doesnt slip or jump around thanks to the little bar at the foot of the frame. For our memory-foam mattress, I likee the concept of metal slats rather than wooden slats. We dont have a dresser, so the room underneath is great!!! for storing garments and clothes. If you require a durable bed, go for it; you will be surprised. With two gadgets and plenty of space under the bed, its a breeze to put together.

Using it with a twin air mattress on top

I actually ordered this for my 6-year-old as we have sort of a special setup we are going to use for a bit until I commit on a regular mattress. I had a really neat and creative idea with creating a round bed out of a little fold up swimming pool that I had his toddler mattress in as well as a ton of other pillows where it looked likee a true round bed with mattress. Its just getting nice!!!r out and we wanted to use the pool for its intended purpose lol so I ordered this. It was pretty easy to set up, and you just follow the directions. Make sure you put the slats in facing the right direction or they will just fall through. I accidentally had one upside down and I was leaning on the bed and it fell through and bent a little. It seems very sturdy, and the little wooden piece on the headboard gives it a little bit of a different look. We are putting a little poster on it to personalize it. So, I put a twin air mattress on this and it fit it perfectly. I then put a 3 in memory foam topper on top of the air mattress since I want him to be comfortable. The memory foam is a bit too large because it is a twin XL so it hangs down a little bit and looks a bit strange. I could cut it, but I am just going to deal with it right now. Its helpful to have the mattress topper as well since we have a cat and I dont want him popping the air mattress. It sounds likee this doesnt fit a standard twin and it will be a little bit too large, but my little air mattress fits perfectly. Someone said It will fit a bunk bed mattress but I cant confirm. Anyway, we are happy with this.

    Very sturdy.

I had a size full bed in my room but it was taking more space than i needed, i was going to get a futon but its hard to find a comfortable one. I had a foam twin size mattress that i had given my niece before she got a bunk bed so this frame was perfect for me. Assembly was super easy because the parts are super easy to tell apart because of the different sizes. I do recommend leaving most of the screws a bit loose until the whole bed is assembled, this way you avoid an uneven frame, after the frame is level on the floor you just tighten the screws. As far as weight the description claims 750pounds, i weigh 220 and it feels super sturdy. Something else i really likee about the frame is that its about a foot above the ground so you can keep things under it. Overall i really likee the frame, it was easy to assemble and looks really nice!!! in my room. It also arrives in a pretty small box that can be carried by one person, assembly can also be done by one person without needing help.

    perfect for our guest room

We have a guest room and we used to take out inflatable air mattress whenever my parent or friend slept over but I kind of felt bad because air mattress is not as comfortable, especially for elderly. It came in a box with all metal pieces and I had to assembly the entire bed frame but it was easy and quick. Once assembled, the frame was sturdy and nice!!! industrial looking. I did notice that the width of the bed frame is shorter than the twin mattress so the mattress sticks out a bit but I believe this was intentional so that you dont bump into the metal frame with your shin. Overall, Im very happy with this bed frame and its perfect for our guest room.

    Easy to assembled

I want to use the bed frame to replace the box under my twin mattress. I am very happy that this bed frame package is smaller than I thought. It is easy to move upstairs and is easy to assembly. I can assembly it by myself without others help. I maybe took above an hour, and the bed frame package included all the installation tools. And this bed frame is all iron, which is more stable than I thought, so I dont have to worry about my son jumping on it. The most important thing is that the under the bed is easy to clean and can also be used as a storage space. So far I likee it!! very much, if I found some cons I will update ASAP.

Not a standard-size twin, but it is the exact size of a bunkbed frame

First of all, this is not a standard-sized bed, but rather on the narrow side. They are calling it a twin, but its not. The measurements make it more in the line of a bunkbed, which is usually around 36 x 75. Theres not a lot of difference and I would call this a small single, not a twin. That being said, assembly takes more than the twenty minutes allotted. The directions are a single sheet affair and, of course, they tell you not to tighten anything up until assembly is complete. It will be rather likee assembling a puzzle if youve never assembled a bed or crib before. If you want to purchase a standard twin mattress for this bed, it will hang over the edges a bit. An RV mattress, which is approximately the same dimensions, will cost you more than the bed. This doesnt need a box spring and a mattress can be put right on the top. Theres no flex in that steel, unlikee the beech slats in some cots and beds. Ive assembled more than a few in my day and the ones with the flexible wooden slats tend to offer up more comfort in the long run. This small single bed would be good!!! if you have limited space to work with. Theres more room than an army cot on this bed, but less than a regular twin. The quality of the steel is good!!!, similar to at least one other bed Ive assembled. It will hold a fair amount of weight (750 pounds), but Im not enamored with things likee the pressboard headboard. This reminds me of the one I have on a Jay-Be cot, which is a foldup one. Not really as impressed with this bed as I thought I would be.
