The chair is so nice; especially the base of the rocker and the aesthetic. My only complaint is that one of the arms caved in; sides first and then the top from my 220lb spouse pushing up from a sitting to stand position. I think the arms should be able to support such activity without risk of breaking so that was disappointing. The real 5 star point of this review is the customer service!!! Their service team was super quick to respond and was so helpful in resolving my concerns and issues. They even replaced the broken chair! This is how business should be done!
Well designed for tall person. It was easy to assemble and is supportive. Reminds me of Danish Modern furniture design. My husband is six feet tall and survived three rounds of Cancer. I had to find a chair that offered lumbar support. My husband loves his chair. I ordered another one for myself, I am 55. I was miserable; my feet did not touch the floor and using ottoman did not help. The seller had no problem accepting return and issued refund. I HIGHLY recommend this seller and this chair for larger people.
This chair exceeded my expectations. It is so pretty and comfortable. I ordered the lighter grey, and it turned out just like the picture. The cushion is firm and the material seems high end. Assembly was very easy as well. Great value for the price. Highly recommend.
Got this as a gift for my mom. Very good look and quality chair, the cushion is nice, firm, and seems to have good support. Tall back for neck support my mom is 51 for reference, she might be a bit short for it so will likely get a foot pillow. Still a very nice chair for the piece.
Overall this is a nice comfy chair that looks good. Its a nice size and fits my space well without being obtrusive. Good for tall people too. Definitely needs an ottoman. I am disappointed that the pattern from the seat to the back doesnt line up, especially for the cost. Also a little concerned that the seat and back are only held onto the frame by 3 screws, albeit they are long and seem sturdy. The seat and back do seem very solid once attached to each other. I included pic of the instructions. Im gonna keep it since its already put together and just dont feel like going through the process of returning it. If it werent as comfortable as it is then Id definitely return it.

Smaller Than Lead to Believe.
The lady in the photo must be tiny. Its ok. Like everything else, you get what you pay for. Does the job but not super impressed.

Only thing that would make it better is if it didnt lean back as far but I like to sit pretty upright.
