We are so disappointed with these bunk beds because of how unstable and shaky they are. Everytime one child moves it shakes the entire unit. Not sturdy at all. Tried to request a return but it was ineligible.
Ordered the bed and the ladder rungs were the wrong size (an inch too short). After a few e-mails with the seller, they sent me an entire replacement bed though I requested just the 3 small pieces (now I would have to dispose of an entire bed without the slats somehow).
The replacement bed ALSO had the wrong size rungs. Judging from the other reviews, looks likeee this is a common thing with the L shaped triple bunk.
The bed is sturdy and looks nice!!!. Kids loveee it!!!. Ill have to make the ladder rungs from scratch (which isnt too difficult). Low reviews are for poor customer service. They seemed mostly uninterested in solving the problem.
