The customer service for this great but this product wears out quickly. Then again I was using this on the daily. Back and neck issues galore. Stitches started wearing. Padding went flat. only reason why Im giving this a 3 is because the customer service was good. Originally I was going to put it at 1.
I ordered 2 of these for my daughters room. They seem sturdy and are perfect for a teen/tween room or a dorm room. I was able to get them for 82/chair at Walmart.com, which also has free shipping for that particular item. usually has the best prices, but not in this case.
It is low to the ground, but looks just like the picture. My son loves to fold it out and make it in to a chaise lounge by keeping the head rest up, but he doesnt love to sleep on it. It is a very firm mattress, which I dont mind, but he says it is too hard. Hes about 75 pounds.

Love this chair. Perfect for my daughters room. Great for sleep overs and watching T.V. She loves it. Couldnt be happier.

It is low and fold out easily and folds all the way open for a bed / perfect for a dorm room visitor to sleep on. Yea! Good price, good solution.

Bought it for my dorm and its exactly what I expected. Very small but does the job. Its perfect for lounging and also for guests to sleep on.
