Assembly took longer than I expected, missed a few screws but called to get some screws sent to us from manufacture. Bed alignment not to good to attach and put screws in once all pieces are together. But managed to just work around it and make it fit. Overall. Kids love it. Space saver, and its a bit easy to scrape by door. Patients is a must with this bed to make, but its well worth it. I bought a 6 in memory foam and a 2 in pillow topper to make sure the kids sleeping on clouds . They love it .
Aming customer service. Package comes in two shipments. Lost some screws for the trundle bed and the clerk sent me a package of screws no charge. Just a beautiful sturdy bed. Not easy to assemble I put it together wrong a few times but I worked it out.
We were quite surprised about the quality for the price. We had no trouble assembling the beds. Picture Instructions were easy to follow if you pay attention. Two person assembly recommended. Particularly appreciated the ability to choose ladder placement since it had to go where most bunks dont allow you to place it on right side rear. Our two grandsons 14 12 slept in them without squeaking or swaying for five nights. They arent fond of bunk beds but both said theyd love to use them again. They were surprised how sturdy it was.
This is totally a space saver I purchased a total of 2 for all my kids and very simple to install but I recommend a second hand it feels heavy duty and doesnt make that noise a standard metal bunk bed would make when the kids move
Or try to get off . the only reason why I rated a 4 out of 5 is because both had came a bit bended that support the mattresses and the holes where the screws go werent fully open and because its metal I had to go buy a metal bit that attaches to my drill to clear the holes. Other than that Im happy with my purchase !
Sturdy, doesnt shake or squeak when climbing up the ladder (screws need to be as tight as one can get them to be) instructions were quite difficult to understand (mistakes were made so do make sure to read through the instructions carefully)
Got this bunk bed not too long ago for my mother and I since my family and I recently moved into a one bedroom apartment. The bunk bed was super easy to assemble and its been great with no complaints from my mother and I when sleeping on the bunk beds. I will say it took a bit to get here since it was coming from New Jersey, but other then that this bunk bed is the best and I highly recommend this bunk bed!
