My kids adores this bed. Her sister is so jealous but now they have sleepovers all of the time! Its great and we turned beneath it into this Kid Oasis.
Definitely recommend 2 people putting it together. The bed itself was simple, the end of the slide took a little trial and error. Had to play with which sides were face up, but eventually we got it. And then we tested (as adults)! Nice and sturdy!
It is a nice bed, instructions are easy to follow, took about an hour to finish. It would have been nice to change which side the ladder is on, but not a deal breaker. Be careful of the wooden dowels for the railings as some are too long, if you force them it will blow out the other side (the wood is not that thick). Other than that its sturdy, doesnt squeak and looks nice.
Love love love this bed! Warning first, make sure before putting the bed entirely together that the slide and the bottom lip of the slide fit together. Other than that its aming!!!
Overall, Great product for the price. The legs are thin. Definitely needs to be supported by a corner and connected to a wall for added support. Might even want to consider reinforcing the slats, they seem fairly flimsy.
