Wife Bought this bed for our son. His first big boy bed! Initially I put it together and reilzed I was missing a few peiceS. In a hurry I contacted their customer service line via email and phone. It was a Saturday so I had to wait till Monday for a response. When they contacted me it was through email and were very apologetic about the ordeal. They were extremely helpful and diligent in get me what I needed. I continued to get phone calls and emails with updates on were my missing peices were. Everything arrived a week after I initially put the bed together. Once I put the last finishing touches it was a master piece. Bed is solid wood. Paint job is done beautifully and its just as described as far as size goes. As for color the Grey is darker than we thought but it worked out because we have light floors and we with white bedding. Really happy with the customer service support and my son loves his bed. Thank you to this company definitely reccommed!
Once all was said and done, the bed and dresser/book shelves are aming for the price. HOWEVER we were missing the MAJORITY of the bed frame pieces, literally no slates for under the mattress, the ladder and several other pieces were missing. Dresser and two book shelves all came fine but, we received each unit in separate boxes, days apart over a week and a half one would come, my husband would put it together and the actual bed frame came last so it was too late to return. sent a replacement which i indicated we ONLY needed parts for the bed frame, they sent all four boxes/units. my son loves the bed and all issues were resolved BUT the actual company sent us the pieces we were missing opposed to the entire bed.
I really love these bunk beds I was a little disappointed bc it came later than expected but I reached out to the company and got back to me right away and were very accommodating and sincere. Highly recommend!
Our kids love it! My husband built it in a few hours by himself. The slide is a huge hit! Have had it for about 4 months and more than pleased with our purchase.
