I received the chair today. Had no trouble assembling the chair and ottoman. It took about an hour.
It seems to be quite comfortable. Im a little taller than the recommended height of the user but it still has good head support.
The assembly instructions were diagrams with no text, but understandable.
Great chair. Put it together in about 30 minutes.
The only thing is that the boxes were falling apart because they were given a bath in lysil. Now it stinks and I can't sit in it because all I do is sneeze.
Solid, quality build, comfortable, doesn't take up a lot of space. Took us about an hour to assemble. Half the price of similar recliners at local furniture stores that would have taken 2 weeks to deliver. Got it in less than a week.
