    Nice chair - Returned

Wife didn't like the thickness on the the neckline support. No fault on the vendor, could't really test till we got it (hence 4 stars). They were very helpful on the return and refund. Keep the packaging!

    The chair is comfortable

The Instructions were a bit difficult to follow. Most people probably would have returned it but I figured it out myself

Only positive things to say about this recliner

I wanted a recliner that wasn't room-sized or a visual affront. I got so much more. First, it arrived sooner than expected - definite plus. Next, I was able to assemble by myself and never lost patience, sanity, or blood. The rest: It's gorgeous. I look at it and want to touch the upholstery. It looks so un-cheap. The wood base is lousterus and graceful. I love polishing it and must guard against doing so obsessively. It's comfortable, but I've yet to wake up in it with a book on my lap, freezing and disoriented, like I frequently did in its LazyBoy style predecessor; thus I count the inability to induce bookworm coma a positive since it's easier to get up and turn off the light then go to bed than it is to say yes to release and shut your eyes, only to snap back to consciousness like Cinderella at 12:01 a.m. Condensed version: comfortable, but not TOO comfortable. It brings quiet class to the corner of the room in which it resides. It beckons. But not to my dog like its carpet-like upholstery did. Neither does its leather sing a siren song of claw destruction like the old one did. It's sturdy, it's elegant, I love it.

    Comfortable - Arm assembly help

Comfortable chair. I modified it to use in my RV (2017 Rockwood mini lite). Assembly wasnt difficult but as others have said, the instruction sheet is terrible. I think the problem people have regarding how to attach the arms may be due to the screw holes on the arm pads being upholstery over with backer covering (mine was). You have to feel around for the screw holes under the black cloth and poke a hole in cloth to access screw holes. I have attached two pictures showing how the flat arm bracket is installed and the padded arm with covered screw holes. Once bracket is screwed on, you mount arm pad with screws up through bracket and into arm pad. Hope that helps.

    A very nice, comfortable chair

I have problems sleeping some nights, so I need a comfortable chair to sit in. I don't always want to recline, so this chair is perfect. It is not overwhelming large as are many recliners, so I looks good in a small room.

    Attaching the arms

Personal use, very comfortable - only issue I had was with attaching the arms, unable to secure with the second screw. After several attempts I used only single screw on both arms, and decided that it was doable and happy with the purchase

    Owner of Many Chairs

I am a big person. A good 225 lbs. Chairs like these usually last maybe a year before they give up. This one is comfortable and quite sturdy. Best buy at this price point imo.

    Happy at last

Once I noticed the instructions wrapped with the seat back, assembly was a piece of cake. Chair has good support almost on a stressless Scandinavian chair I had previously for a lot less money. Despite a slight snafu with tracking info, very happy with this purchase. Would consider again in the future.
