The piece is beautiful and looks just like the picture after its assembled. However, this design on this is poor which makes assembly difficult and frustrating. The holes for the cam locks to go into to catch and secure the cam bolts are misaligned, making it nearly impossible to catch the bolt heads. If you dont get it to catch, there is nothing holding the pieces together, so you have to force it to work. If you force it (basically by bending the cam lock), it causes the wood to bulge and crack on the other side. Thankfully all of my cracks are on the inside, so it doesnt detract from the appearance, but it definitely should not be like that.
More than half of the S screws that secure into piece 4 dont catch, they just spin and spin. I was only able to get a few to secure in.
Pieces 7 and 8 (the sides/legs) came pre/secured with cam bolts and cam locks and they were loose and unable to be tightened for some reason. Hopefully the piece will remain sturdy.
Also, if you hate Styrofoam, dont buy this. The box is loaded with messy, static/y, noisy, earth/killing Styrofoam that was enough to fill three full trash bags.
The manufacturer could learn a thing or two from furniture.

/ I like that the bags of hardware are all nicely organized and lettered, which make them easy to find and follow the directions.
/ If you can manage to get it together, the whole piece looks exactly like the pictures and seems sturdy enough.
I love this! It fits perfectly in my foyer and also stores my wine and cookbooks!! Yay for storage. It did take a long time to put together but you just follow the instructions as shown and push through it. No issues with it so far.

Having said that, however, I have put together many, many pieces of ready to assemble furniture over the last 20 years. Im also 61 years old, I have a bad back, rheumatoid arthritis and carpal tunnel. And I still got through it all by myself!
This is a good, solid piece of furniture once assembled and more than worth the price. Beware of the cam bolts however. As someone who used to purchase hardware from a number of national distributors, these are the cheapest parts Ive ever seen. In fact, when they are screwed in even partly, you can actually bend them with your thumb. So dont use too much force and dont over tighten! With the cam bolts that do not have the shoulder on them, once you sink the last turning on the bolt, I would just give it two or three more turns at most. And eyeball all of the bolts on whatever piece you are working on, so that you can gauge approximate equal height.
You will need a couple of different workspaces to assemble this, hopefully a little ways off the floor so that you can save your back. I started out with the top resting onto old dining room chairs, with cardboard underneath it. I eventually assembled the next large piece on the floor, so that I could turn it on its side when needed.
Take your time, rest when you need to and keep track of all the hardware as you go, taking care to put pieces youre not using back in their proper bags. Youll be happy that you did.

I love everything about this table. Instruction to assemble is easy to understand. It has a lot of parts but everything was complete and some packets have even more than what it should be. It took me about 2/3 hrs to assemble bit it was fun doing it. Delivery was fast. There were different options for sellers and im glad i picked the right one. Disnt have any single issue. The size is perfect for my dining room, not big nor small. The price is very cheap for the quality youre getting.
We LOVE this TV stand. Arrived on time and is absolutely as advertised: great quality and very sturdy. It took my husband and me approximately 3 hours to put together. The directions were easy and precise. Very happy.
I assembled it myself, with just a helper to hold things in place for me. It says power tools arent needed, but theres a few parts where it expects you to screw directly into the wood, which is obviously WAY easier with a power drill than just a screwdriver. When you assemble the individual , youll need to put a screw in a hole thats just a liiitle too small, which isnt a big deal except that theres a groove nearby, and trying to get the screw in would crack the wood into the groove. My solution was to use shorter screws than suggested. I cant remember now if screw R or S is the short one, but one of those is short and the other is longer. Since I had a few extra, I just substituted the shorter screws for this part.
Otherwise, assembly was very easy! Im not taking off a star for that since it wasnt too big of a deal and every other part was so easy. The finished sideboard also looks LOVELY and feels very sturdy. The box it was shipped in did look banged up, but nothing was damaged inside. Ive gotten tons of compliments from everyone whos seen it about how nice it looks, so it gets a 5 star review over all!
