Arrived with one corner broken. Paid handyman 50 to fix. Luckily I knew someone with that skill, but still out 50.

I know this is supposed to be a distressed finish but we found a patch on one of the legs. Unfortunately didnt see it until assembly was complete and wasnt about to take it apart to rotate the leg to the backside or even ship it back. Look for flaws before assembling to see if you can live with them or can move them to a more unnoticeable place.
Also/ we assembled it upside down with the top on the floor/ makes assembly easier. We had trouble with one of the legs and bolt alignment. There are two bolts at the top of each leg and one at the bottom of each leg. On the end of the leg (top) where the two bolts go, the lower bolt did not want to align properly in order to be able to get it started to tighten it down. Took the leg off twice to make sure we had not cross threaded the bolt or fitting. We could tell the bolt was not going in quite straight/ just enough off so the threads would not catch properly into the fitting. Decided to waddle out the hole a little to allow for more slack in the hole so the bolt could pass through and connect with the fitting properly. Used a slightly larger washer just in case. Probably only waddled out the hole maybe 1/8 on the upper side where it helped with the bolt alignment. Didnt enlarge the entire hole/ just where we needed the extra room for bolt to clear.
Warning.dont tighten the bolts until you for sure have them all started into the fittings properly and then tighten them in a rotation type pattern.
You might keep a rubber mallet handy to use after all bolts are started to move legs in to place before you complete the final tightening rotation. Hope this helps.
Overall we feel it is a good value for the money/ just dont expect perfection/sturdy table/heavy/very pleased with it.
BTW/ my husband are in our late 70s and if we can put it together you can too
Have bought this table twice now.one in main house and one in our second home. Its stylish, perfect size and great value for price. Would buy a third if I needed another!
Im really happy I purchased this table I thought about it because I dont like buying on line hate if damaged Id have to return but it came in perfect shape best if you have two to assemble. Nice sturdy table I used behind a sofa .
This is a really solid piece of furniture (heavy, sturdy). Drawers have stoppers to keep from accidently pulling out completely. Fairly easy to put together with 2 people. It did have a strong smell when fresh out of the box but its gone now. Note: tiny white spots in photo are just leftover static Styrofoam pieces so ignore those. This is well made and looks great. Goes well with our hardwood floors too. Were now thinking about getting some additional pieces from this collection.
I have have been wanting this table for over a year but I kept making excuses to not spend the money and when I did want to buy it it was no longer available for prime or the price would go up 100. This Christmas the price was right and it was back as a prime item which means free shipping! I love this and I am so happy I bought it. From other reviews I was afraid it might arrive damaged since it is a heavy item. It was packaged perfectly and arrived in great condition. My husband just put it together today in about 15 minutes. I cant wait to decorate it. I attached pictures of what it looks like after just being put together. This is well worth the money and it is very well built!!
