The chairs are fine. Not fancy but they work as described. The seem to be made well. The customer service was 10/10. I had a question about my tracking and they were very prompt and professional. Would definitely buy from them again.

Back and sides are a bit short, so chairs are not comfortable to sit in for a length of time.
