This is a very attractive piece, and the assembly was not overly difficult. I put it together myself with the most basic tools. One piece of advice, do not assemble this on a hardwood floor. I turned it upside down to do some of the attachments, and did not think to put a towel or rug under it. The top of this table rubbed against my hardwood floor and it's scratched. I have purchased some scratch repair markers and polish that should take care of it, but I bought two and put a rug under the second one when I was putting it together. Made all the difference. The end result is a sturdy, attractive, and affordable end table.
I bought one when I first moved to save money as it is just me, I wish I had bought the second. Now they are either sold out, not prime shipping or much more than I paid for the first. One thing I can definitely appreciate is how easy the night stand was to put together. I got a dresser from another company at the same time that took 2 days to put together and had no written instructions. These couldn't be simpler and the parts are all clearly labeled.
I bought two of these in white to use as nightstands for my "beachy" bedroom. There are some tiny imperfections in some of the wood, but nothing that stands out. I'm not sure what people expected from an $80 ready-to-assemble piece of furniture. For the money, I think these are adorable tables and am very happy with my purchase.

The furniture itself is very cute and worked perfectly for my needs. But! As some other reviews mentioned, the CAM locks are horrible. They strip easily and a couple even broke. Instead of going through the hassle to return the item, or request more faulty CAM locks, I went and purchased a new set at the hardware store. For an additional $12, I now have a cute, sturdy, functional piece of furniture!
It looks very nice for the price. I order 2 of these and when put together they feel really solid. the connectors supplied are not the best quality but will work fine for average use of the tables. As far as issues of the cam bolts and screw, some were hard to tighten initially. I figured out if you the cam screw does not have enough clearance for the cam bolt to tighten, you will have to loosen the cam screw just a little bit for the clearance needed. Once I did this all the cam bolts tighten as expected. On the drawers, two of the predrilled pilot holes did not line up correctly with the other wood pieces, when I put a screw through these pilot holes, it did cause the wood to split slightly. Luckily, this was not visible when the drawers are closed.

a DIY faux marble to make it look expensive
it's exactly what I expected, easy to assemble and good quality for a low price. I even added faux marble to make it look a little classier!
