Assembling the couch was a breeze. My only gripes are that the cushions are not comfortable at all, and the structural integrity feels suspect. Cushions are very thin and give little support.
The look of the couch is perfect for what I wanted. If youre looking for something at a reasonable price that people are not going to be slamming down on or moving a lot, I think this would be a good purchase.
Bought the color, lighter than it appeared in the pictures but gorgeous and actually works better w/ my current living room situation. Velvet is very nice, easy to set up (took me about 30 min alone) although a bit clunky just getting all the items out of the box. Have already slept on it and its comfortable enough but very firm so if you are expecting a cushy type of feel, its not there (yet). You cant put weight on the lay/back part since there is no support underneath, you will need to put something there if you want to use it as a true double mattress. But it does what I wanted, and its pretty. So far, so good.

We purchased this futon for our den so that we would have a place for guests to sleep. It is very soft and is a beautiful color. I love the firmness of the sofa, though my son says its too hard for him. The sofa itself is working out great, but it was the delivery that made me take a star off. We had confirmation of the date for delivery and my husband took off work. When the sofa didnt come, we called the delivery people. They had the nerve to send an email saying the client changed the date of delivery! I then called directly. The woman was helpful but basically tracked our sofa to another company that didnt get the sofa to the company that delivers it to us in time. As I was talking to the lady, another email popped up saying that we requested a different time. I think that them trying to blame us made me the most mad when we were sitting at home trying to figure it out! It did come the next day but the guy came, dropped it off outside and took off! He didnt even bring it in the front door! Love the sofa but dont know if it was worth the hassle of such a terrible delivery!
This futon is my daily seating and sleeping solution for my studio apartment and it has not disappointed. It is very sturdy and easy to convert. I did put furniture sliders under the feet so it moves with ease. The seat is firm, but comfortable for sitting, lounging, and naps. I use a mattress topper on it at night (bed size is twin) for extra comfort and to soften the joint between the back and seat when flat. The is fantastic and has withstood two fluffy cats with claws. Their fur doesnt stick and claw marks are disguised by the light nap of the microfiber velvet. I ordered in and the color is a delicious mint, true to the photos. Overall, worth every penny!
This sofa/futon is beautiful. Its heavy. I had a friend help me bring it up a flight of stairs into my kitchen. Im redoing my kitchen and wanted a seating area as Ive extended my island counter and dont have a table anymore. This is perfect. Its very stiff but you can feel the quality it good and still comfortable to sit on. It easily seats 3 adults. Im definitely not disappointed with this purchase.

I love how this couch looks in my space! It was also delivered within two days of ordering it which was a nice surprise. It was easy to put together by myself it probably took around an hour. My only complaint is that it is not very comfortable to sit or lay on. It feels very stiff and rigid. Almost like the seat is too shallow and the back is too straight to lean back comfortably. But for a low price couch, it does the job!

Sofas a little hard
I love my new couch! It is even cuter in person. It is a little stiff but thats my preference so I think its quite comfortable.
