It took a bit longer than expected to assemble as one of the metal parts I got was a bit bent. Thankfully a few bangs with a hammer can fix a lot of things. Once I got everything straightened out for assembly (pun intended) I was able follow the instructions easily. Props that the entire frame can fit in the headboard it makes for good storage for shipping. The headboard itself however exceeded my expectations! With the finish so soft and the buttons properly secured, it's so comfy. I know some people were concerned of bed bugs in some packages and I took the risk so you dont have to. I opened up the package and headboard in my driveway on a tarp to give it a very close examination and thankfully there was no trace (although the reviews really scared me but this just seemed like too good of a deal not to try). I would absolutely recommend this product despite the hiccups in the beginning this is a product of great value!
Firstly, the bed frame was easy to put together and seems sturdy. Spare parts were included in case anything was missing. Rated only 4 stars because we received the wrong color! Grey, not navy blue. Unfortunately, since this is a bulky heavy item, returns are not really feasible. (Cant imagine lugging this item to a return center or fitting in my car). Thankfully the grey color still works in the room.
Be careful if you order/receive this. The outside of the box has no indication of what color youre receiving.
I read the reviews and recommendations. They were spot on. Did not see any bugs! BTW,Those were not bed bugs. If I need another bed again for any of my properties, I will buy this one!
