All in one box. Easy to put together. Material is soft and pretty. The color is not exactly as pictured but is beautiful and still fits well in the room. I did not use the rails and instead put the box spring and mattress directly inside the bedframe and the result is terrific. The height of mattress and headboard and footboard are spot on.
I love this bed! It was easy to assemble and is absolutely beautiful in my room. Ive gotten so many compliments on it. You can even still see the headboard just fine with the box spring and mattress on.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this bed frame! Very easy to assemble, looks AMAZING. I have a Lucid 16 mattress on it with a 4 foundation, and it is perfect.

Elegant bed frame
This is such a beautiful set! The only issue was one of the wooden rails was a little cracked but was still able to assemble. Im very satisfied.
