The Bed was comfortable for the first couple years, but like most memory foam Bedes, starts to get a bit deformed in places after heavy use (Ive worked from home for nearly a decade and spend more time than the average person laying/sitting in bed as a result). Was okay while it lasted, but for the current price of their 12 Queens, Im not re/buying the same model and will be moving to something different for only slightly more money probably a hybrid/pocket coil model instead. 4 years of use at the rate I used it was probably equivalent to 6/7 years for a normal person, so I feel I got my moneys worth out of it, anyway.
If I ever bought this again, itd be for a guest room or somewhere else it wouldnt get heavy use.
Very comfortable Bed for a great price. Just like Goldilocks, not too hard, not too soft, its just right! Purchased for my son who seems to be sleeping better thanks to this Bed. Convenient packaging. Only took about 24 hours to get to full thickness. I didnt notice any odors like other have noted. Free pillow was a nice bonus! Also arrived sooner than expected. Well be back!
Wow is this bed the coolest! Easy to handle on your own when you put it where you want it. Then to on it is fabulous! You can move or get out of bed and not disturb the other person. I have lower back aches and this Bed helps me.
Very comfortable bed! We bought this one specifically for the non toxic qualities. Ive read bad reviews on some foam Bedes and weve had no issues.no smell and the Bed expanded fully in about 24 hours!
