The medium firm, the only firmness offered is too hard for me. Put an additional 3 memory foam topper on top of it, which helps. Also, it seems that the firmness need to be kneaded like bread to loosen it up. Side I on is much more comfortable 6 weeks later that the other side. If the Bed was not as firm. it would have been 5 stars for sure.
This product is listed as Medium Firm, however it is Very Firm. My husband and I were very uncomfortable the first couple of nights but then we bought a pillow top Bed pad and it is now the perfect bed.
One really great thing about this Bed is that it had a very low odor, there was just a faint smell that dissipated quickly.
I bought this back in May and I am still loving it! It came in a Christmas tree sized box (3 feet tall), so it was easily able to fit in my car to transport from my work to my home.
Once I got it unwrapped, I assumed it would take 24 hours for the Bed to fully expand, as per most memory foam Bedes. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The Bed began expanding as soon as I took it out of the box. I almost couldnt get the plastic wrapping off fast enough for it to expand. It was fully expanded in just under 10 minutes!
I love sleeping on this Bed. It was a bit firm in the beginning, but as I have broken it in, it is a delight to on. I have not experienced any sinking as of yet, either!

do not use it yet. will redo the ratings and this Bed do have glass fiber. It seems to be in most of entry level foam Bed.
