This bed was incredibly easy to put together. It took me and my 13 year old about 45 minutes to put it all together. It seems very steardy for what itll be used for. It does not look cheap either, the price was amazing for quality.
I had no issues putting this together. Instructions were clear. I had no issues with the weld spots.
The metal is a little weak for lack of a better word. Its not that I feel the bed will collapse, but as I screwed in the screws theyd just keep going and dent in the metal in that area cracking the paint, so just do it until its tight, but dont over tighten them. Other than that, so far so good!
Cool trundle bed, easy to put together. The trundle having a roller not working as expected even with a brake trundle still move around o floor.
I am thinking of put some metail legs that can be folded up when not used., roller is ok for pulling in and out .
Review is based on initial assembly as I just put it together..will update review after a month or so of use. I have to say that I have never had such clear directions for a piece of furniture in my life. Best set of directions ever. The bed seems very sturdy and well made. It was better than what I was expecting. I hope to be able to keep this positive review after a month or two of use.
Great space saver at a great price. I recently moved into a one room bedroom to save money. Since i have a 3 year old who omes to visit and stay I needed an option that helped me save space but worked for us both. This is perfect. The double size is just right for me and the twin trundle is perfect for my grandson when he comes over. Its pretty and solid. One important note though is it recommends an 8 inch or less mattress. I am a bigger woman and those were too smal for me. I bought an 11 1/2 inch mattress and it works great.
This is a very nice bed for the price. Yes it has to be put together, but it only took me a couple hours to do both beds, and I wasnt missing any pieces. It seems durable enough, but this is only a guest bed so it will probably hold up quite a while.
Packaging was great, kept everything secure and undamaged. The bed was simple to put together, only took about an hour by myself. Everything was well-labeled and the instructions were easy to follow. The bed looks great, is sturdy, and Im hopeful that this will last many years!
What a great buy at a great price! The packaging was better than expected, no broken parts or missing pieces. The items were well organized and the instructions were easy to follow so installation was a breeze, although I would recommend having two sets of hands. The bronze color is perfect and the metal frame has a roughened texture that I really like. I love the frame design, its simple yet elegant. The size of the frame is true to standard mattress sizes so my full mattress fits perfectly. My daughter loves it because it feels like an oversized couch to her. The trundle is easy to slide in and out and provides us with extra room for friends to sleep over. I can see this bed lasting for a very, very long time.
Great quality. I put two of these together, and heres what I learned: Dont tighten the side rails to the top and bottom pieces right away. Hand-start them, then put all of the metal slats on the bed. Then tighten the side rails. If you tighten them first, its almost impossible to slot the side rails in on both sides.
Love this bed frame!!! Bought it for my spare bedroom and it looks beautiful. Very sturdy (not like furniture).. it was easy to put together. If you are looking for a great day bed i highly recommend this one.
