I got this two-pack for my girls to use as desk chairs. They are adorable and comfy. The quality isnt stellar but that was to be expected for the price.
Assembly was straight forward, however, while assembling I realized one of the leg sections was the wrong size. I contacted the company directly, and they sent me out the correct leg, free of charge, immediately. Great customer service!! Thats why I give a 5 star instead of a 4, making things right makes all the difference!!
Product looks just likeee picture, I purchase the grey set and so far I loveeee them. Didnt come with directions but it was pretty easy to build on my own
