Beautiful but not as durable as I had hoped. My son tore a chunk off of the corner of it when he hit it with a toy. It does however hold their jackets and backpacks on the hooks which keeps my floors clean.
The material is kind of cheap, so the price for it I feel is a little over where it should be. But look wise I absolutely love it and am very happy with my purchase!
Went together easy, all parts were there. A small ding on one of the panels that went through the paint. Biggest complaint is the cubbies are too small for most mens shoes and boots.

Yes / It is super heavy. 135 pounds in a box so not only the weight but the shape makes it a little cumbersome. You might need a cart or another person to bring it inside your home.
Yes / Slight chip on ONE piece, but not enough to make me even consider returning it. Some tape and white out and you never know its there. The item is packed as best as it can be. The rest is up to UPS or the local shipper and if they care whether you get your packages in one piece or not. But thats not the sellers fault.
Yes / My shoes all fit. I wear a 9 1/2 mens shoe and both shoes fit fine. One goes in sideways, heel first, and the other goes in sideways toes first. If you are expecting to slide both shoes in right side up with both heels on the bottom, look for something else that will probably cost you three or four times the cost. Plus, simple math would have revealed to you that at 60 wide with 8 cubicles across, each cubicle could not have never been any wider than 7.5.
Mine looks great. Wife loves it, kids, love it and it does what it is supposed to do and for a great price.

The first hook fell after about a month or use, and the second hook just fell. The back piece is too flimsy, they need sturdier wood to hold up to kids taking jackets off with less care. If you live in a kid free household it should be fine, but if you have younger kids, go with something pricier made with sturdier wood.

For the price, this is a great option. Its sturdy enough to sit on, but dont lean back. The back piece is rather flimsy, and will not hold up to leaning. The shoe storage areas are perfect for children, but it is space consuming to put too many adult shoes in, as some of them will not fit as a pair in one slot.
I havent screwed the hangers in yet. There are no predrilled holes, so I have to have my husband do that, with some more elbow grease.
I sort of regret buying this. It took me FOREVER to assemble and the directions kept requiring two person lift to make you turn it upside down to screw things into the bottom. Three hours later I was almost done and came to piece c14. Piece c14 was missing screw holes so I couldnt even use it. I ordered the larger version too and I could cry thinking about needing to put another one of these together
This was exactly what we were looking for so that our front entryway did not always end up with piles of shoes, coats and my sons bookbag. It was much sturdier than I imagined and we had it together in no time. Whenever anyone has seen it they always comment on how good it looks.
