Idk about the low rating reviews because this is perfect for my apt! Soo easy to assemble just the legs needs to be screw in and everything else is complete.
I love in a tiny NYC apt and this fits perfectly. I have it 5 stars because for what it is, its great. Its not a plush couch, but its comfortable, has the center arm rest with cup holders, and doubles as a futon bed for company. If youre space/limited this is a great option.

Great for small spaces like NYC apts

A very nice product. On time and as described
Breaks after a couple months use.
So, after having this futon for around two / three months and only using as a bed maybe three times It no longer will lift up as a couch.
