Back cushions are comable, seat cushions are more bouncy than soft. Arm rests zipper on and are more pillow like than sturdy. Took two people about 45 minutes to assemble. Came in three boxes. Great buy for the price, better quality than anything Ive got off wayfair
My husband just took a job out of state. I wanted an IKEA sofa/bed combo. They dont deliver in NM So sourced out something similar thru . We were so happy with it when we first visited there for 10 days Before thanksgiving ( husband doesnt sit on it at all! He has a recliner)
So at Christmas we ( my son I ) visited for the Xmas holidays. And noticed left corner seat is already breaking down. Its only been sat on 28 times? And already the stuffing is evaporating! Seller doesnt answer when you write to them. Were so sad and out of 800 Dont buy this sofa. Looks good but wont hold up to normal wear n tear. I have been trying to get ahold of seller to fix it or replace it since before Xmas 2021. Well within the time limit.And nothing! No response ever! Now says its too late?
We love this couch so much, its pretty comable and easy to assemble. I saw some others had issues, but we didnt. It was ridiculously easy to do. Most things already came assembled, we just had to connect the pieces and screw the feet on. We love the trundle feature, in fact we keep it pulled out when we are lounging on it. Its true, you can feel the support beams inside the couch, but if you dont sit directly on them, its way better. No one has complained sleeping on it, either
I love my couch! And so do all my guest! Easy to care for, comable (fall asleep on it all the time lol). It is exactly what I wanted decor wise. Worth every penny!
The assembly too some time. I had to reposition the tracks for the back cushions to slide in to place. Over all the couch looks good and it is worth the price for the look. The com is ok. Not really a cushy couch
Easy assembly. Quality materials solidly built. Very responsive. After reporting damage to one of three boxes during shipment, this company responded promptly sent a replacement. I will certainly order from them again given the opportunity.

Padding broke down within 1 month
