This couch is actually pretty comfortable and easy to assemble. The only problem and the reason for four stars instead of five. Is the back cushions are really firm and they tend to take up most of the couch.
Assembly was quite easy. Not crazy about the fabric. It is not soft and feels like it will wear out quickly, but only time will tell. The price was good and it was convenient to have it delivered to set up in an assisted living apartment for a loved one during Covid.
I bought this couch back in 2015, and I love it. Its so comfortable, and it stands the test of time. I dont have kids or pets, so my level of use and abuse might be different. I got the brown (and I think it was dark brown or beige available back then), not a favorite of my wifes, in fact she tolerates the look, but she herself cant deny the comfort this couch gives, thanks to the DNA, which is still evident years after use. The neutral color allows us to change out pillows to keep a fresh look. Were are waiting on a new sectional for he living room, but this beauty will be retiring to my office.
I read other reviews regarding the packing - that was what impressed me right from the start (besides buying a couch from for a few hundred bucks). Its still hard to believe that big couch came out of that small box.
Also, my Rate Features were Scent; not sure how to assess a star rating to the smell of the couch, so I skipped it, but I can tell you that it didnt smell like it came from a far away land where things that come from that land sometimes smell terrible. Also, Style; its a $400 couch - youre not buying it for its looks, but Im giving it 4 stars because its a GREAT looking $400 couch. Its probably the one thing that sticks out as being the best value out of anything Ive bought on . Durability; for the money, its 5 stars. The cushions get out of place with use, but just unzip, rearrange, boom. New couch.
This couch is perfect for a small space! The only complaint I have with it is there isnt Velcro on the back cushions so they dont stay up. Also, the backing was too short to reach the Velcro strip on the bottom back of couch to make it look nice... so we have a flap hanging. The cushions are very comfortable with it being memory foam!
Easy to assemble. Will work well in a location where it wont get heavy use. I dont recommend this if it will be used by heavy-weight adults as there are no springs in the base.

Instructions that come with it are useless, check out youtube video instead, otherwise happy with it

Great sofa for the money.
I would prefer a little firmer seat cushions and Velcro on the back cushions to prevent so much movement.
You get what you pay for.
I guess I shouldnt complain. Its low cost and I got what I paid for. I will be replacing it when its safe to go furniture shopping again.

GREAT couch for the MONEY
