I received the chair on time. It was well packaged and in perfect condition. The instructions were easy to follow and it was easy to assemble. The chair padding itself is very firm and rather hard, so not super comfortable, but it isnt uncomfortable either. It just doesnt make me want to curl up in it. Its strong and sturdy / well made. However, the wings on the side of the back arent symmetrical. (See photo) The locks and screws lined up and assembled as they were supposed to, despite the left wing aligning a half inch higher and a little farther forward than the right. The mis/alignment is noticeable visually. This is strictly an aesthetic and manufacturing mistake, it in no way hinders the structure or function of the chair. For the comfort factor and the aesthetics, I gave it a three star. I dont need new parts or to replace the chair, its just not perfect. However, I doubt most people would even notice it. It would be too much of a hassle to try to get it replaced or fixed. Its the risk of buying it without seeing it or sitting in it first.
My Mom wanted this. I thought cheap import product. Put it together and is very, very nice. Christmas gift for Mom and she loves it. Shes happy, Im happy.
The Recliner is slim (35W) and comfortable. The recliner comes in a large box and it is easily put together by one person, although two would best. You have to put on the legs and insert the back of the chair into a few grooves. Once its all put together, its simple to use as all you have to do is lean back to recline the chair and a will pop out so you can put your feet up.
The armchair makes an elegant yet unpretentious luxury statement in either a family room or main living room. It has a beautiful tufted diamond design and the light beige color will complement most furniture s. We bought a blue one and a beige one to match our rooms decor.

This chair does not have a smooth alignment in the back. The seat is low (less than 19) and thus would not be suitable to serve as a desk chair, contrary to what another review states.
It is an ok chairand will be donated to Hospice.
Very Nice chair! Beige is a nice light color. Very sturdy, very comfortable. A little hard putting the legs on, but not a big issue, took about a half hour, all tools needed were included. Im satisfied.
The package was fully wrapped, but somehow it arrived with scratches on two of the legs. I dont understand how they were damaged, unless they were packed like that? I tried to email the seller, but havent heard a response.
The chair slides, when you sit, but it is comfortable enough for a decorative chair. It was easy to assemble, the color is nice and it wouldve really been great if it wasnt damaged.
