The black one is the one I got two years ago for my son which it comes with the massage function and with cheaper price and better quality. The beige is the one I received today(getting one for my daughter) it comes with higher price and with no massage function and the quality is not as good as the black one, but still pretty comfortable I like this chair how it can sport your back.
Im 6 foot 1 220 lbs. and I fit in it. i take nice naps in it. For the price it is a good deal. I have had chair for almost 2 years. And it is holding up great.
Assembly took 2 minutes, manufacturing looks well made, and the reclining positions locked into position with a smooth but solid feel. Nice small footprint if you have a limited area to work with. Not sure how long it will last but very happy with my new chair so far.

It could be better
The build/in massage unit too hard for my back, I had to take it out in order to sit comfortable. An, it is very hard to take it out as well.
