Ive built my fair share of box furniture and at least two bunk beds and this was the easiest one to assemble yet. I feel comfortable with my 2 year old and 4 year old sharing it because not only does it not shake when they are playing on it it is also close to the ground. Top bunk comes up to the top of my shoulder and I am 54.
Easy to assemble. Great color and very sturdy
The ladder is great with wide steps. Easy to remove or move to another side. The slats under each bed were little further apart then I would like so we added a piece of painted plywood to each bed. Now we have a play space on the top bunk too!
My daughters, 9 7, love their new bed. Since we also have a 3 year old, I didnt want a tall bunk bed because I knew shed be climbing up too. This bed was perfect. It wasnt too difficult or time consuming for two of us to put together. It seems very sturdy and well/made. The ladder was a little wobbly, but it may be from uneven floors or because we added those sticky padded floor protectors to the bottom of the bed and the bottom of the ladder. Overall, I thought it was a great purchase.
I ordered the gray one and it was not the color in the photo they displayed. It was lighter than you would expect it to be. The bed parts did come without any scratches or rips. So I am happy about that. My thing is that I wish the beams where more thicker and sturdy. I guarantee you will be on a ride finding a bed mattresses thatll fit this set.
Very nice bed for smaller children, its pretty low to the ground and perfect height to where I can reach the top bunk and make the bed up, only thing I dont like is that the rail that goes across the bed on the side of the ladder, its a little flimsy not to bad but enough for me to notice, also maybe builders flaw but the ladder doesnt touch the ground fully only when climbing does it touch the ground.
No joke this bed is what the review say. Its sturdy, solid, and high quality. It does have a paint smell but so does the wall after I painted it. To handle that I just air the room out for a few days and that was the end of that. I have purchase 2 other bunkbeds in the past and never did I see a steel beam support under the beds. This bed is well made and the best 500 bunkbed investment this far.

QUALITY FOR THE MONEY
visual instructions were for the most part easy to follow, quality is good and bunks beds are sturdy. what else can I say 4 out of 5 stars.
