It is easy to assemble. But hello people, it takes time. Go slow, read the directions and have a helper. It is solid, attractive and works for what we need.
Not painted and Finished right!
lot of marks Scratches and Different Color shades over the bed.
Will have to buy nice white glossy paint and paint it over
the bed its self is good and strong Thats why I gave it 3 Stars
but the Finishing deserves ZERO star
For the price, this is a decent option. If you want something seriously sturdy youll need to spend twice as much buying something made of wood from an actual furniture store, but this one is ok as long as all the bolts are tight and its anchored well to the wall. I cut two lengths of 2x6 poplar and screwed them to the wall in order to anchor both top and bottom bunk using rigid electrical pipe brackets (ie the kind holding power line drop to a house). Plenty sturdy that way. Top bunk rail is perfect height for 8 inch mattress, you could even squeeze a 10 inch mattress up there if you want and still have some of the rail there to keep you from rolling out.
Purchased for my 2 year old as a bed he can grow into. During transition from crib I slept on the trundle, two weeks in and hes sleeping by himself. ( with guard rails of course) the ladder is up against the wall until hes older. Right now its storage for all his stuffed animals. Absolutely love this big boy bed for him!
We bought this bed for a grandkid/guest bedroom. We were very happy with our purchase. The bed came quickly and packaged well. It is heavy so be aware of that. Its not a one person lift for sure!! Assembly was clear. My husband accidentally stripped a bolt and he contacted the company who quickly sent us a replacement. Very good customer service!

We really like the way the bed looks and it is easy to pull out the trundle bed also. However, it came in so many pieces. Every little thing had to be assembled. When I saw the size of the box that was delivered I knew we were in for it.
Assembly instructions werent great, there were no actual instructions only images, but we managed to get the bed together. I bought the bed for my teenage son. Since the bed has a solid wood frame it comes with a higher weight limit so he can use the bed for years to come. I needed something with a trundle since he has friends over all the time. The trundle rolls our very easily!

Perfect bed for my kiddos! Took a few hours to set up, lots of steps but not too bad! Lots of storage for toys on the side, and very sturdy!
Not as strudy as I thought, and challenging to assemble.
Liked the frame, did not like the cross support poles. Challenging to assemble. Used for guest bedroom.
