Customer service is outstanding. Our tree failed to come with a stand , which customer service was super quick to respond about and settled the issues immediately with concern . I did not feel inconvenienced in the end and would definitely purchase from them again, knowing how ethical and caring they are about satisfying their customers. And of course tree was aming quality for price!!
Great for small spaces but cheaply made. I bought a much bigger one a few years ago for a little more money, and it was very nice. I downsized my home and had to get a smaller tree. Would not purchase again
Getting ready to decorate tee for Valentines Day. This tree is perfect and exactly as seller described. The price was phenomenal and I am so very happy with my purchase. So easy to pu together and fluff. Lights are stunning. I couldnt be more pleased.

I was so pleased with 4.5 ft tree that I purchased a 6.5 Ft tree to use at Christmas. If you are on the fence about buying from tree dont hesitate. This is an absolutely gorgeous tree. So easy to assemble, fluff and decorate. Everyone comments on how perfect my 4.5 ft tree is. I CANT WAIT TIL CHRISTMAS 2022 TO DECORATE THE LARGER ONE
I loved everything about this tree from its size, height, and visual appeal! I set it up on my own within 20/25 minutes and it was very simple. My only complaint would be that the snow on it flakes off pretty easily and makes for a bit of a mess. After its set up, as long as you dont tinker with it too much, its not an issue. Definitely recommend, especially for the price!

OK but some lights not working
It is a great size for a smaller space, condo, apartment but an entire section of lights did not work.
worth money
very good quality. well worth the money, it took like 15 min to put up + pull apart branches, i put in my room, this is the 4.5 one.
Had yellow stains

Beautiful but messy, easy to assemble and take apart. Just messy every time it gets moved.
