I bought the sofa bed for my home office. The product came with red stain on the on the corner and a couple of stains by the area. I wanted to return it but it will be too much of a hassle and Im expecting an overnight guest the same day it was delivered. Luckily the red stain is on the back corner, so people cannot see it and the other stain is not as obvious. The red came from the red package and the red string that was used to attach to the container and sofa was not properly wrapped with the clear wrap. Other than that it is great for the price paid.
We live in a small space, so this was the best option we could find for price/quality. I spent days reading comments to figure out what to buy and decided on this one. As you can see, it fits in a small space well. The material is nice, and the assembly is very easy. It is pretty comfortable to sit on (I had a very uncomfortable futon before this) and yes, I see why it could use a bit more cushion. I am satisfied with this product. I havent yet had to sleep on it, but I think for a night or two it would do. Its firm, so you dont sink in it.

The pillow are not attached. Its very stiff and not very comfortable.
