Purchased these for my office at work, for when coworkers or others have a need to be in my office. Well as things would go, one of my coworkers sat down, and low and behold rotten wood and the leg gave out. As it would go, they weren't seriously hurt; but that could have been worse. The material was nice and was looking forward to having nice sitting chairs. Err on the side of caution, can be hit or miss.
What a disappointment. This chair is so short. It actually looks like a child's chair when assembled. I purchased it for the living room. Really too small for the existing furniture. I was going to return it but it was too much trouble disassembling it and then reboxing it I wound up putting it in my dressing area. The pictures of it are misleading . the entire chair might be a little taller than an end table.......Bummer
I really like these chairs, they were easy to assemble. The backs were shorter than I expected, I should have paid more attention to the dimensions. They are sturdy and comfortable and look great in my living room.
