It took my husband and I about 4 hours to put it together using just 1 screwdriver. It was pretty easy. The instructions were simple just tedious. We are not builders, but we did it! The boys love it! This was just as described. My 3 and 6 year old loves it! Everything was numbered and so far, so good! My boys are so attached to me that they slept with us every night. This bunk bed broke that habit.
Pretty easy to assemble, took a couple of hours. Looks great! I gave it 4 stars only because there is no great way to unassemble the bed if you ever needed to move it. You pretty much have to take the whole thing apart and reassemble.
Shipped fast, all parts were included and nothing was missing.
We have a smaller bedroom with standard height ceilings and it looks great, it doesnt overtake the room like a taller bunk would.

Setting it up is terrible. Literally took me like 4 hours because the stupid slats kept falling out when I was trying to align the 2 sides And slide them together. There has to be an easier way to put the slats together,

My 16 year old daughter and I put it together in a couple hours. Bought it for extra sleeping at the lake where we have low ceilings. Love it so much, Im going to buy another. Teenagers can sleep on these (a really big guy might feel like its cramped and I question whether the top will truly hold a 400 lb personmaybe with a bunkie board added? ) but this is a regular twin and my kids ranging 16-22 (110 lbs - 150 lbs) will definitely be able to bring their friends up and have extra beds. I put a regular twin mattress on top and a 6 memory foam mattress on the bottom bunk and its comfortable.
This is really worth the money people!!! I under stand there are cheaper options but none hold the amount of weight this one does. Perfect for my 5year old and 2 year old they love it . was a little hard to find a mattress that was thin yet still comfortable but we did. The mattress we went with was from Costco 6in juniper mattress they actually sell a 2 pack for bunk beds thats $330 so not bad for 2 mattress ( also they are organic so no nasty chemicals or smells) I will post a picture of mattresses to help out.

We needed a low profile set of bunk beds and this is perfect, and it looks great. There was only one step where I felt the instructions could have been better, so I did need to disassemble part of it to get it right but other than that, it was easy to assemble it in a little more than an hour. Once again, we just received it, but it was much better than what we had expected.
My toddler loves her big girl bed! My only complaint is the lack of thought in the design of the ladder - that second step is in the worst possible spot making it difficult to climb and little toes get stuck (look at the product photo, youll see what I mean). Not a deal breaker and still a great bed for the money.

Screws need better labeling
Put the bed together alone. So easy to do. Maybe label the hardware a little better. Fits great with low ceilings.
