Just received this cabinet yesterday. Arrived on time and completely intact. Great job in packaging it for shipping. This is exactly what I was looking for. Very sturdy cabinet. Nicely done.
Exceptional quality, finish and function. Smooth drawer bearings, rigid frame, heavy steel construction. Every bit as good, if not better than big brand commercial office furniture. Arrived well ahead of schedule (5 days instead of the scheduled 3 weeks).
And the shipping packaging was great! No damage upon receipt. I had to take it down a flight of stairs in the box it was packed in. I let it slip and it tumbled end over end down the stairs. The shipping box completely protected it.

The came apart in transit, I contacted their support for reassembly help, they got back to me very quickly and kindly, able to fix it easily myself. Product is sturdy, assembly is quick and easy. Recommend highly!
I love the file cabinet however I need additional keys and Ive not been successful and getting in touch with anyone who can help me with this. Sent an email to the supplier and have gotten no response
