The directions for this desk are a bit confusing (minus one star), but it assembles and disassembles easily. Mine had a dent on the bottom (minus one star), but it did not impact the durability of the desk. The desk is thinner than I envisioned, but I should have read the description better.
Overall this is a good desk for a gaming teenager.
Not all that difficult to assemble. It doesnt take up much room and is easy to move about without scratching the floor. The risers can help level the tables. I love the headphones hook. Decent cup holder but it may be a bit flimsy. Sturdy design. Good foot pads. Easy to keep clean. Lots of room for computers, files, decorations etc. Simple to adjust to a comfortable height and plenty of leg room. Good value for the cost in my opinion.
My step-son has been in the process of remodeling his room into a more age appropriate hang out space, and him being almost 16 years old, we finally upgraded his sad particle board computer desk to this sweet gaming desk, similar to what his older brother has. Overall, the desk is incredibly well made. Its sturdy, spacious, and looks really cool with the red colored accents. It was fairly easy to put together and really makes his room look more age appropriate. Overall, definitely recommended.
We traded out my sons gaming desk for this corner L-shape desk to save some space and put the corner to good use.
He opted out of using the raised up monitor piece. He has two computer screens to do his schooling, gaming, and streaming shows/movies.
His room looks much better and organized.
He assembled it on his own so it was super easy.
This is a decent desk. It's good for the price, It has plenty of room for everything. I had a little trouble putting it together by myself but was able to eventually get it done. Look nice and would recommend.
The carbon fiber surface is the same as the wraps for electronics (like Skinomi). It's applied well and feels good, but mine was a bit scuffed when I received it. One of the foot boards also had an edge marred but It is hidden enough after flipping it that you can't tell. Assembly was quick, especially with a little electric hand drill, but be careful about over tightening it because the holes are unthreaded nylon. I don't see it lasting more than two or three rebuilds (like if you take it apart to move it) because nylon is weak when you reuse it. It comes with plenty of extra bolts. It does not however have washers which is a bit concerning when the holes on the metal frame are so close to the size of the bolt heads. The desk isn't as deep as my old one but the L is convenient. I have my monitors mounted to a pole so I don't need the riser thing but my cat seems to like sitting up there. It's sturdy but pretty light for how big it is and is symmetrical so makes orienting it easy.
It's a lot smaller in person. I lament the lack of almost anything to tie cables to, how are you going to call this a gamer desk with no attempt at cable runs?
Overall for what I paid for it I love it

A bit shallow but cheap, sturdy, and looks nice. QC could be a bit better
