I love this piece of furniture; however, I received it 1 month ago immediately requested customer support for scratches that were on the very front of the cabinet. The request had to be made online I never received any type of confirmation. This made me very wary of purchasing furniture from again. My next two major purchases were from area retail shops. If this could be resolved, I would give the furniture a higher rating.
We needed a solid, yet simple piece for our eat in kitchen to give us a little extra storage. This piece came very quickly and very well protected. The company had each piece wrapped in Styrofoam with lots of protective packaging. Each piece was individually labeled so there was no guessing when it came time to put it together. My husband and I were able to put it together in just over an hour, with a couple minor hiccups. But as long as you use the tools recommended, and just follow the instructions step by step you will be able to complete this pretty easily. A few of the parts / like the doors and some of inserts before tightening screws / will require two people to steady everything. And it is a smaller sideboard/tv table, so you wont be able to store all your dishes or glasses in it, but it does provide a really nice storage option for small spaces. Highly recommend.
First, let me say this came very well packaged and protected to keep the parts from being damaged. It is a darker and richer teal than it is in the advertised picture which I was thrilled about. There is however a warning sticker inside that says not to put a tv on it but I dont have kids and animals so Im not worried about that. Also sticker is being a bit stubborn about coming off. It also says two people are recommended for ease for assembly but I was able to assemble on my own with a screw driver!
I was kind of concerned how the glass doors would do during shipping, but packaging was sturdy. Nothing broken, nothing missing. Outside box got dinged up but didnt affect anything on the inside. Every piece was individually labeled down the screws and dowels. Need a lot of room to lay everything out and do the necessary prep work. Prep took about an hour. putting it together took about an hour (with a couple breaks to let the dogs out) You will need a second person to lift and attach the pieces. It is important to go step by step with the instructions which are probably the most complete instructions i have ever got (no guessing involved). Very pleased with the unit. I hung the tv on the wall and put this under and it with a few accessories (plants and candles) it brings the room together.
I like. I did somehow think it would be a little Distressed looking. But thats in my eye. So two ladies in the 70s did take us longer than the three hours but very happy with the results
After considering many console cabinets and reading through many reviews, I decided on this one. Im very happy I did. It arrived fast and undamaged. It was simple to put together, a lot of pieces, it took maybe two hours, but very easy. I really appreciated that the doors are adjustable, so you can make them straight and fit perfectly. Its beautiful and solid. I would recommend.
I was very pleased with this product. Very good quality, especially at such a low price. Easy to assemble. In fact I did it by myself except to put on the left door.
