This chair is hard as a rock and hurts my back.
Im updating my review because I was so impressed by this companys customer service. They reached out to me to try and solve the issue. Unfortunately, because of arthritis in my hips and low back, this chair was just too hard for me. But they tried.
I wasnt really sure if I was going to like this product, but I was pleasantly surprised. Its also comfortable b/c I have fallen asleep in it. I have not tried the massage options yet, but I cant wait to try it!
Just arrived today and I set this up myself, super easy assembly, I did not need directions. Just screw on legs, slide back on and plug in. As you can see this is a dark grey not a light grey but I am pleased with that, less chance for stains. Its perfect for bedroom.reclining, reading a book. Massage has several settings, and is a light massage. Relaxing.
Also, easy to push out foot recliner, I have this near the wall and am unsure how it would be standing alone. Im a size 14 and have room enough and am 5'4 its perfect for me.
Only draw back is odor, I would assume that will fade fast.
So far, great value for the money, after a couple of months. I use the massage at least once a week, and it still works. Chair is narrow enough to fit in small spaces. Remote is easy to use to change massage settings. So far so good. i like th pocked on the side for magazines, ipad, etc.
