So firstly, the description/title says verbatim Pre Assembled Modern Style Dining Chair Mid Century Modern DSW Chair, Shell Lounge Plastic Chair for Kit. They are NOT Pre Assembled. They are easy to assemble.4 chairs in 20 minutes with the proper tools. They look decent enough. They get finger prints from the residues on the hardware (black/gray oily powder) immediately during assemblage. It would be nicer if they were made of more sturdy plastic. It is very flexible plastic and not too sturdy feeling.but for the price, oh well. May replace them in the future.
Bought these chairs several months ago. I was looking for something easy to clean (2 small kids and 2 dogs in the house) and these are very easy to wipe down. However, they are not at all sturdy; they tip over easily and the screws that attach the chair to the base keep falling off. They are easy to retighten (Allen wrench) but it has to be done every other week.
EDIT: the company has reached out and we have received a refund for the chairs. They were very cooperative.
I dont normally write reviews but felt compelled to this time because of the great customer service. When I received the chairs one of them was scratched. I contacted the seller who promptly responded and worked diligently with me to resolve the problem, which resulted in sending me out a new chair seat immediately. The whole process was seamless / excellent customer service!! If only every experience was as great as this.
The chairs themselves are fantastic / they look great, are very sturdy and very easy to assemble. I have received numerous compliments on them. I love the chairs and would buy from this seller again.

They arrived in a manageable single box (I ordered four of them), and only took a few minutes to assemble each one. The base comes fully built and you simply have to attach the plastic mold seat with four sets of screws and washers.
I built these the day before hosting friends for a card game that lasted six hours, and they were comfortable, sturdy and supportive the entire time, even for a friend who was nearly 300 pounds! For the price, ease of assembly and appearance, 5/5 stars is a no brainer.
Screws become loose and have to constantly re/tighten them. Not the most comfortable chair but go with our kitchen table perfectly. Nice for a college student.
