The beds arrived quickly and had all the parts.
It was a bit of a pain to put together as the instructions were unclear at times.
While not as sturdy as some of the $1000 options it is perfectly safe and held up against myself aggressively trying to break it before my kids slept in it.
Don't use pillow top mattresses or it's just too small.
The bunk bed is fine IF you dont care about how it looks up close and IF you dont mind all the dings, repairs marks, stickers to remove, broken pieces, and poor quality.
-There were several repairs made by the manufacturer that was obvious and poorly done. There were too many circular plugs and other types of repairs to count. See pics for examples.
-There were dings and scratches all over the rails.
-Two of the pieces were cracked and broke off.
-One of the slats didnt have pre-drilled holes.
-Slats for mattresses are spaced far apart, cheap (not made out of solid wood), and definitely do not feel sturdy.
-Make SURE that you have spring mattresses as they are required for these bunks.
-Make sure you have an Alan wrench drill bit. Doing this by hand with the provided Alan wrench took over 4 hours and was a massive pain.
-Stickers were helpful for organization but were placed all over the bed and were hard to remove due to poor quality.
-The instructions were clear and all hardware was organized well.
The support beams for the bunk bed are horrible. We were already on edge about it but cannot afford any other bunk bed. The way the planks are set up create an uneven support and our mattress caved in on the end and I ran in to my 3 year old dangling by her neck. We have no choice but to go get plywood to make it more secure.
I didnt like that it was supposed to be a full size bunk and it is a queen. The wood is nice but it is extremely short my son and I couldnt fit getting in the bottom bunk. I was exited to finally put my new bunk bed until it was built I was super disappointed especially when pregnant and about to have the baby your expecting something comfortable instead I get a crib for me personally. now I had to take down the top bunk and between my son my daughter and new born we are all sleeping in one bed
One of the legs was a duplicate so I wasnt able to add rails on one side. Too much of a hassle to take apart to return so I will keep it and improvise but will not be buying from this brand again.

Purchased the Bunkbed for my Granddaughters; perfect fit and great quality.
Low to the ground
I love this bunk bed it's nice and low to the ground my boys 12 and 5 love it and the can be made into 2 beds
The kids love them !
They are well made, easy instructions to assemble. Money well spent !

instuctions confusing, parts not marked well
shipping was poor, item very late and pkg arrived damaged. some parts scratched and marked up
Never received the whole bed.
I only received box 2. The closing date happened to return and I didn't get the order until 13 September. Closing date was 14 September.
