We bought this bed for two twin mattresses that we already had. We do really like it but beware I dont even know how small the mattress would have to be for the trundle for it to actually slide under. We have a small maybe 10/12 memory foam mattress that wouldnt slide under. There is a gap under where the mattress can fit, so we were able to lift the bed over the trundle and it fit. Keep this in mind if you plan to use the trundle part frequently. (we dont) We love the way it looks, was easy to put together and its a great value.
The directions and how all the pieces were marked made my installation the best I ever had. I wish all companies labeled the pieces and the directions were this easy everything that needs to be assembled. This was a very pleasant experience.
I really like the look of the frame. The wood panels give the bed a sophisticated look and mesh well in my living room.
Im a 250lbs male and Im pleased how well this bed frame gives proper support.

I paired this frame with a 12/inch mattress from Molblly and the mattress almost reaches the top bar of the bed frame. There is about a half/inch gap between the mattress and the bed frame. Strongly recommend this bed frame.
