The product was easy to assemble and has been sturdy. There is a little bit of noise to ours which was disappointing after I read so many reviews saying it didnt make noise. The one thing I dont like is that our king size mattress is just a little smaller than the frame which leaves some very sharp edges of the frame sticking out to hit your shin on. I bought a pool noodle and cut it to cover the entire leg and the sharp corner and now it is safe in the middle of the night!
This is the third plate form this manufacturer, and they treated me nice in the pass , it was a simple problem, but they took care of me ASAP, also the product has been a very good investment up to this time
This is a sturdy bed. I am a large man over 66 and near 400lbs this thing doesnt move! And the storage space! Clothes baskets slide right under it. Its like we have a new bed!
