Easy to put together, arrived really timely, look great. Purchased for a table that is in my office. Won't get used a lot, but sufficient for the occasional meeting. Leather like material looks like it could catch/scratch easily, but hasn't. Like the all black color of frame - hard to find that.

I ordered two sets of these chairs. Received one true black and one off black/grey colored chairs. You would expect to receive the same colors for the same product. When I put in a replacement for the off black/grey I received ANOTHER grey one. Customer service's solution was to return the chairs and purchase from another seller. The price of these chairs increased $20 more and they were not able to grant me the price I paid for them.
RIDICULOUS! So I'm not sure if the packaging is incorrect, product descriptions are incorrect, or the manufacturer who are making these chairs are inconsistent. Either way, not a happy customer.
So just keep in mind if you are thinking about purchasing these chairs:
1. Customer service SUCKS.
2. The product may not be the same colors if you are thinking about purchasing multiple sets.
On a positive note - The chairs are really comfortable. Light but pretty solid. The true black chairs are really nice and I just was really want a second set to match. I am really hoping the THIRD replacement would be black.
The stools/chairs are really nice. They are pretty simple to assemble, though I would suggest two pairs of hands to get the seat portion centered well. The stitching in the seats is unique, but overall these stools are enjoyable.

I love be sleek look they add to my dining table. Chairs were easy to assemble and are very sturdy. The comfort is great and material looks high-end.
One chair did come with a bubble in the leather. I could return and replace, but it’s not worth the hassle and isn’t visible enough for me to care.
Overall, very happy with this purchase.
Yo - Why send all but one piece? You know how much of a hassle it is to not be able to put together a stool because ONE piece is missing. It's so important that whomever packs the box, remembers all pieces to these products. Other than that, the bar stools are very nice and easy to put together.
These barstools are awesome, I got the set for our ticket scanners at our parade house so they didn’t have to stand all day. The height was perfect, they’re very comfortable to sit in for hours and we got a lot of compliments on them and people kept coming back through the house to ask where they were from. The assembly was awesome, for the two chairs they each had their own set of instructions and hardware sorted out so two people could assemble them at the same and not have to share the instructions or sort through the same pile of hardware. They even gave an extra piece of hardware which is nice but kinda threw you off.
Amazing chairs, really nice color, very comfortable and have been getting lots of compliments. The chairs look amazing in the barbershop, i will be ordering more for my other location.

Missing a piece
Yo - Why send all but one piece? You know how much of a hassle it is to not be able to put together a stool because ONE piece is missing. It's so important that whomever packs the box, remembers all pieces to these products. Other than that, the bar stools are very nice and easy to put together.
