The finish on this is great! The wood color is not too warm and not too cool, truly a good neutral. And not the espresso brown almost black color. Reminds me of walnut.
It was tricky to assemble and one door looks like it's not hung exactly the same.
But overall i'm very happy with it.
Love how it looks. However… it did come damaged. It kills me to have a smashed lower right corner. Luckily it did not affect the building otherwise I would have cried. Im 100% certain it was during the shipping and handling process though. The assembly part was pretty simple, it was easy to catch on if I did put something backwards and I could correct it before it was too late. I do love how sturdy it is! No wobble what so ever! I was worried about that but it came out good.
Very beautiful piece of furniture. I get positive comments on it from almost everyone who comes in my house. Its very sturdy and is perfect for my 75 inch tv. I would absolutely buy it again. My son assembled it for me. He said instructions were confusing but he got the job done.
Looks truly fantastic in my living room. From even just a short distance away, it doesn't scream laminate (like most other laminate furniture I've seen). Feels sturdy, which is highly important to me since I just bought a new Hisense H9G TV, Samsung T650 soundbar, and Sony UBP-X700M DVD player and I'd be very upset if the stand broke underneath them.
I assembled it alone, which took me almost THREE HOURS. I was kneeling on a pad and not wearing any socks. I assembled so much furniture in just a few days that the tops of my feet rubbing against the hard wood floor gave me blisters
I'm a 25 year healthy male and the amount of pressure I needed to screw the doors on without stripping the screws was truly INSANE. It's clearly possible to do solo, but you'll have a much better time with help, and if you don't have arm wrist strength, good luck with attaching those doors!
Very disappointed in this set, packaging was damaged and fell apart when I tried to bring it in, and while trying to assemble it, realized that a screw bag I need is completely missing. I would not recommend this product.
We purchased this stand for our living room television. It looks great, and was easy to assemble with two people. The pieces fit together really well, which is often not the case for furniture at this price point. The stand is very sturdy, with no wobbling, and is perfectly level. It also has adjustable rubber feet to level if your floors are uneven. had cheapest price for the unit, and it appears to be exactly the same as the unit offered under the brand Carson Carrington on Overstock and other sites, where it was $100 more.
Notes regarding assembly: It is all MDF, so I do not recommend using a power drill for assembly as the board may split, or more likely, you'll strip the head off the screws. Also, study the positions in the diagrams carefully so you install the sides in the correct order and direction (it matters!). The TV stand comes with a set of extra hardware, which is always a plus if you strip or lose a screw. The directions to not indicate that the wooden dowels should be glued with the included wood glue, which I realized after assembling the unit - seems completely fine without. The only minor flaw is in the doors - real hinges would have helped with alignment. It's difficult to get the doors installed evenly, so we were left with one door that's slightly crooked and a minor visual flaw.

It's beautiful!
Love this piece. It is perfect for our 65 inch TV. It looks so expensive and modern. It was a little tough to put together, but we made it work.
Missing screws and bad packaging.
