This product was late 5 days but Im patient since I didnt even have to leave the comfort of my home to get a new couch. I was a little apprehensive buying furniture online because usually you would want to actually test something as expensive as a couch. I honestly had low expectations for a 400 dollar couch on and was pleasantly surprised. It looks great and more expensive than it actually is. The cushions are definitely on the firmer side but since I have a bad back its perfect for me. There was damage on the box but the product was perfect. This couch isnt something you want to spend 8+ hours binge watching a movie collection. Its great to hangout for a bit and it is nice that it can be turned into a bed in an emergency but dont expect it to replace a real bed. If you want something more comfortable go buy 1000+ recliner. If youre on a budget and want something decent and multi functional this is perfect for you.

The only complaint I have is its not super comfortable as its very very firm however I can lay on it for a little while and watch TV and be fine. I have yet to use it as a futon so I dont know in terms of that how comfortable it really is. But overall I love the quality and the look of the couch. Definitely worth the money!
I needed a comfortable chair for my reading corner and this fits the bill so perfectly. Assembling took less that 5 minutes and is so comfortable that I purchased a second for my other guest room, now Im about to purchase another for my master bedroom. Truly fits the bill.

I loved the chair at first but I havent had it very long and it seems to already be coming apart at the seems. The fabric is also a con in my opinion.
