Searched for a long time for a couch that would come disassembled enough to fit through our unusually narrow hallway, and landed with this one. It comes in one huuuge box, but we were still able to fit it. Assembly was super easy just screwing on feet and sliding on the back. The instructions, although basically unnecessary with the simplicity, I wish had included to look in a zipped compartment under the couch for the leg pieces and screws. Super comfortable and expensive looking a little on the firm side but I prefer that. Im 6 foot flat and I can lay down comfortably and it feels like I could sleep on it easily.
Have only had the loveseat for one day. Leather seems to be quality, and the design is nice as well! The loveseat is the perfect size for our office. The loveseat is a little on the form side - but hopefully this means it will wear well. This was our first time buying furniture without seeing the item in person. Overall, very pleased with our purchase!
For some reason, my three cats dont touch this couch. I think it has to do with the fabric, but whatever it is , its AWESOME. We have another chair in the living room that they have all but destroyed. I mean, its frayed and torn to crap. But the couch is in PRISTINE condition. With a quick vacuum it looks brand new. I will be purchasing the chair and loveseat as soon as we can.
The only con is that the cushions can slip out of place over time, but this could be easily fixed with some creativity!

Easy to assemble, looks great, color is perfect. It isnt uncomfortable but you dont sink into it either. I was looking for couches for months, even ones double the price. Super glad I finally landed on this one.
Perfect! I love that the green is not the typical bright green that is more popular now, its a perfect medium hunter green. Great quality, only had to put the legs on. The material is soft and comfortable. You cant beat the price, love it!
Sides were mixed up Left and right labeling was mixed up and as a result after it was fully assembled then unassembled there are scratch marks on the outside now. Material is rather soft so it is easily scratches. Other then that item is as described and fully functional.
I was hesitant to buy chairs online but the free returns made it no risk so I went for it. I bought one at first but after receiving it went ahead and bought a second. The seat is firm but still very comfortable and I think it will soften a bit as we break it in. The construction quality is great, the color is perfect and I really like the fabric. They are large sturdy chairs and exactly what I was looking for!

After about 8 months of use, the cushions have become very thin and uncomfortable to sit on.
